Return-Policy

Please email us via the Contact Page if you are requesting a return.

All refunds are available 30 days from Date of Delivery less shipping charges. Shipping charges are never refundable. If you received free shipping, we will deduct the actual shipping charge from your final refund. We do not accept used items back to our warehouse. Items will be inspected for use before refund is granted. Any items that arrive damaged must be reported in 5 days in order to receive a replacement. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges on any product being returned. Products returned to us for refund or replacement must be in its original packaging with Tags still attached. Returns must go through our Return Authorization Process (RA). You will receive an RA number from us to write on your Return. To get a RA number, email us with your Name and Order number. When you receive your RA number, it will need to be written on the outside of the package. Any returned package that does not have an RA number will be returned to the sender. Returns are for original buyers only, no third party refunds or exchanges. Please allow 2 weeks for processing.
